"FISH CALL" - Action Craft 1720 flats boat

Brand New Canyon Bay 24

Charter Prices:

March-October - trips on BRAND NEW custom 24' Canyon Bay boat (6 anglers max)
prices for 1-3 anglers (additional anglers add $75 each)>
3-hour inshore charter  = $425
5-hour jetty charter  = $600
7-hour tarpon charter  = $800

I am trying something new this summer where 3 hour charters will be close to marina for inshore species like redfish, seatrout, bonnethead sharks. The trips to the Charleston Jetty or Bulls Bay for bull redfish, big sharks, etc will be 5 hour trips. The tarpon trips will be 7 hour and may leave from Isle of Palms, McClellanville, or Georgetown depending on best bite. August and September are the best months for tarpon. If you want a 4 or 6 hour trip, I will do that as well but trying to change it up a little this year.

October-March - trips on 17' Action Craft flats boat (3 anglers max)
prices for up to 3 anglers>
3-hour short inshore charter  = $425
4-hour half-day inshore charter  = $500
6-hour full-day charter  = $650

2-hour Charleston Harbor or Capers Island Wildlife Dolphin Cruise for 4 people = $225 (extra hours $100 each)

*no aerosol sunscreen please*

Fish Call Charters offers charters ranging from 3 to 7 hours. Additional anglers can be added for an extra $75 per person. We also offer Charleston Harbor and Capers Island Nature Tours. The cheapest trip is what I call a "short trip". This is mostly for bonnethead sharks (older kids 6-96) or for pan-sized fish (younger kids 3-8). This is a great trip for kids. All the client needs to bring is whatever they want to eat and drink as well as a good attitude for an enjoyable day on the water. I also recommend polarized sunglasses, a hat, non-aerosol sunscreen, and rain gear. The Captain is normally tipped 15-20% of the charter cost if the clients have enjoyed themselves.

Deposit & Cancellation Policy

Reservations require a credit card or a 50% deposit to hold the date. Please email or call with credit card number, expiration date, security code, and billing zip code to reserve with credit card. To reserve a date with a 50% deposit, please pay through PayPal below or Venmo James-Waits-1

There is no charge for cancellation more than a week before trip. 50% charge for cancellation 7days to 24hrs before trip, and 100% charge for cancellation of 24hrs or less.

Other Policies

Not too many other polices but here they go> Number 1 Rule > HAVE FUN!!! Number 2 Rule > NO aerosol sunscreen. This stuff stains the fiberglass and cushions even if you apply before getting on the boat. Please ONLY use lotion type sunscreen, thank you. We ask that you not bring bottles on the boat unless you are super careful. Please wear shoes with none marking soles (white soles are best). Many of today's running shoes will scuff up the boat. Kids of all ages are welcome, but they count as an additional person no matter the age. We do mostly catch and release fishing. All redfish will be released. These guys are our business partners, and we can't kill our business partners or we'll go out of business! If you happen to catch a few trout, flounder, or black drum, you are welcome to take home for dinner. There are also a few reef species that we will allow clients to keep like spadefish, sheepshead, mackerel, and cobia. Cleaning the fish is the responsibility of whoever is keeping it. If you are looking to fill the freezer, then I'm probably not the right fishing guide for you.

Directions

The "FISH CALL" and "Trophy Hunter" are kept on a jetdock at the Isle of Palms Marina, and unless we specify otherwise, all charters will leave from the Isle of Palms Marina. The Marina is located at 50 41st Ave, Isle of Palms, SC 29451. Try MapQuest below for driving directions. My slip is on the left next to the Fuel Dock. When you pull into the Marina, there will be a convience store (Marina Market) in front of you. Pull to the right of the store and park in the 15 minute parking. Your car will now be facing my boat. Just walk down on the dock to meet me under the American flag., and I'll give you a parking pass and show you where to park. Your parking fee is included in the charter costs so please wait for me to give you a pass. Please arrive about 10 minutes before our arranged charter time. The Marina Market is a fully stocked convience store with any food or drink you might need for our trip.
